Vitamin D is an essential nutrient necessary to maintain healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with increased risk of common cancers, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and hypertension.

Indication:

Bone pain or achiness. Depression or feelings of sadness. Hair loss. Muscle weakness.

Dosage (Adult):

The Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs) for Vitamin D 400 I.U to 800 I.U / day  with or without food.

Storage:

Store it at room temperature (15 to 30°C).

Causes of Vitamin D Deficiency:

Lack of Sun Exposure; Inadequate Dietary Intake; Dark Skin; & Obesity.

Precaution:

Intake large doses of vitamin D, may cause stomach pain, loss of appetite, constipation, or diarrhea as a result of elevated calcium levels.
